This community is located two miles off I-80 Marshalls Creek exit # 30.  Close to major shopping and restaurants.  The Delaware  Water Gap bridge to New Jersey is only four miles away and New York City is a quick trip. The local Martz Bus Station provides continuous service to the city. 

This quiet community is nestled in a rural setting, with mowed fields, and access to Marshalls Creek stream and wildlife.  Ducks, deer and squirrels are all part of the neighborhood.   Idyllic Smithfield Township Park with swing sets, picnic tables, and shuffleboard is also nearby.
